Vicki Wells – General Manager
Vicki has 23 years of hospitality experience in varied roles. Vicki has worked in management positions at restaurants, function centres, casinos, stadiums and arena’s including Subiaco Oval, Perth Arena and Suncorp stadium. In 2014 Vicki turned her attention to mining villages, working in the remote catering industry for the last 6 years. Recently Vicki represented a Western Australian mining company as their administration superintendent including the management of a 240 room village. This experience has assisted her to see remote catering contracts from the customers perspective which has enhanced her understanding of our customers needs. Vicki guides our village managers, head chefs and all our staff to deliver outstanding food and friendly customer service.
Peter Main – Asset Manager
Peter has substantial experience managing reactive and preventative maintenance programs, maintaining assets within the mining and government sectors. Peter is a licensed plumbing contractor with over 30 years experience. Peter has been involved in the installation and maintenance of mining villages throughout Western Australia. In addition to holding a senior position at 28 Villages, Peter is a director at MTM, a position held for over 12 years.
Peter Coleman – Managing Director
Peter has worked in senior positions within the remote catering industry supporting the following companies with the management of their mining villages: Fleetwood, Rio Tinto, Citic Pacific, BHP, Roy Hill, Atlas Iron, Metals X, Westgold, Hanking, Minjar Gold, Doray Minerals, Blackham Resources, Altura Resources, Dacian Gold, Gascoyne Resources, Silver Lake Resources, Independence Group and Millenium Minerals.
Jason Bari – Registered Builder / Project Manager
Jason is a registered builder with an electrical trade background. Jason has significant experience working installing remote villages and supporting infrastructure at mining projects throughout Western Australia. In addition to holding a senior position at 28 Villages Jason is a director at MTM (Multiple Trades and Maintenance) a position held for 12 years.
Garry Kemp – Project Manager
Garry is a project manager with over 30 years experience working in remote areas of Western Australia. Garry started his career as an electrician and his career progressed into managing projects including village installations in remote areas of Western Australia. Garry has also owned and managed several restaurants in Perth. Garry is the managing director of MTM (Mine Trades and Maintenance) a position held since 1999.
